I've been bringing my truck to Grand Tire for years. They are able to fix any problem I have for a fair price. These guys are the best, very highly recommended!
I have been bringing my cars to this shop for several years and will continue to do so. They are honest and do great work. I have had several major repairs done to my high mileage vehicles in addition to purchasing tires and getting regular oil changes at Grand Tire & Auto. Don, the owner is very knowledgeable along with Ken who I have known forever. All the repairs are done correctly and my cars run fantastic. I drive all the way in from Grayslake, IL and witness a waiting room full of satisfied return customers just like myself everytime I am there. They are capable of doing every repair imaginable and save me a significant of money compared to going to the car dealership. I cannot say enough good things about them.
Don is the most ethical and honest mechanic I have ever met. He is very trustworthy and always delivers phenomenal customer. service. As a single women I have had other places take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars however Don and his team members will never take advantage of any customer and are very honest, ethical and reliable.
